** Please be aware that all orders have now been placed for stock from suppliers. Anything which shows as “On back order” cannot be sourced to stock before Christmas – neither for posting nor collect in store. **
Store Opening Hours
Our opening hours (subject to last minute change) from Wednesday 10th December to Tuesday 23rd December inclusive are:
Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday: 10:30 am – 4.30 pm
AND THEN
Christmas Eve (Wednesday) 24th December: 10 am – 4:30 pm
Christmas Day (Thursday) 25th December: CLOSED
Boxing Day (Friday) 26th December: CLOSED
Saturday 27th December: 10 am – 5 pm
Sunday 28th December: 10:30 am – 4.30 pm
Monday 29th December: 10 am – 5 pm
Tuesday 30th December: 10 am – 5 pm
Wednesday 31st December: 10 am – 4 pm
1st January: CLOSED
Standard hours operate from Thursday 2nd January 2026
Online Ordering Processing & customer service From Christmas Eve
As you can imagine, the team has been working tremendously hard up to and including Christmas Eve & we will be opening the store again on Saturday 27th December. Our priority from Christmas Eve through to Monday January 5th will be on the physical store.
As supplier warehouses and networks will be limited during this period, any online (or instore) items ordered from end of day on the 23rd December will be processed on Monday 5th January 2026 onward and any items which show as “On Backorder” will be ordered from suppliers on that date.
In addition, our focus will be on managing the store so email and social media customer service around order status will be limited. We will do our utmost to answer any queries which come via those methods (as well as via telephone), but we’d appreciate everyone’s patience.
Last Posting Dates
Please see below for our recommended last postage dates for the holiday season. While every effort will be made to deliver your product on time by our carriers, delays and changes may happen, we cannot guarantee orders will arrive before the 25th of December.
UK
Tuesday, December 23: Special Delivery Guaranteed (please order in store items by 10.00 am on Monday 22nd December)
BFPO posting dates have sadly already passed.
For international destinations, please consult Royal Mail’s website but remember we need at least 48 working hour prior to the last posting date to get in stock items packed and dispatched.
Collection Last Ordering Dates
For stock which requires ordering in from the supplier and for which you will collect in store on Christmas Eve, the absolute latest date to order with us is Monday December 15th. However, we would strongly recommend contacting us to order sooner than that as the labels’ distribution networks go a bit wobbly! We may be able to order some labels a little after this but will be on ad-hoc basis.
